BUSINESS BREAK-IN: At approximately 2 a.m. April 3, officers were dispatched to a business in the 32600 block of Railroad Avenue after learning of an audible commercial alarm. Officers found an open window leading to an office, with evidence that someone could still be inside, and requested that a K-9 unit respond to search the interior of the building. No suspects were found and the scene was processed for evidence and fingerprints.
TRAILER ENTERED: A resident of the 32200 block of Third Avenue told police April 8 someone had gained entry to their travel trailer. Entry was made by prying the latch and miscellaneous items were missing. The scene was processed for evidence/fingerprints.
THREE CHARGES: At approximately 6:56 a.m. April 10, a routine check with the Department of Licensing showed the owner of a vehicle traveling on Southeast 300th Street was driving with a suspended license. After making contact with the driver, it was determined he had no vehicle insurance. Upon placing the driver in custody, a search revealed marijuana in his pocket. The vehicle was impounded and the driver was cited for driving with a suspended license, having no vehicle insurance and possession of marijuana. The driver was cited and released.
