STOLEN, FOUND: A Loraine Street resident reported April 7 a vehicle had been stolen during the night. Officers had seen the missing vehicle at another location. It was returned to the registered owner, undamaged and with nothing missing.

DETAINED: Police were told at 4 p.m. April 5 a vehicle prowl had just occurred in a business parking lot and employees were detaining the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody and medical aid was called to check on some minor injuries. The suspect was taken to the city jail for booking and his vehicle was impounded.
