Longtime Enumclaw High School coach and athletic director Tim Tubbs will be the latest inductee into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

A ceremony honoring Tubbs is planned for the evening of Friday, Jan. 9. The festivities will come during halftime of a Hornet boys basketball game. Following the game, there will be cake and time for socializing.

Tubbs spent 37 years at Enumclaw High, completing his Hornet assignment in June 2009. Most of his EHS years were spent as a teacher and coach, with the final nine as athletic director.
