A familiar face will be join the Enumclaw School District leadership team, as Stephanie Berryhill was recently authorized to take over the district’s human resources operation.
Members of the Enumclaw School Board made the hire official during their March 19 meeting.
As part of that process, the board changed the title that accompanies the job. Berryhill, who replaces the retiring Kathy Lockyer, takes over as the director of human relations and support services. Lockyer worked as the director of human resources.
Berryhill, who has been employed by the school district since 2001, has worked under two department heads. First she was a human resources specialist; then, starting in July 2005, she was the district’s human resources coordinator. Prior to joining the district, she had held three positions with Group Health.
Berryhill earned a bachelor of science degree from Western Washington University and, in 2007, obtained a master’s degree in public administration and human resources from City University.
