The Enumclaw Police Department, in cooperation with The Courier-Herald, sponsors a “Warrant of the Week” program. This program is designed to capture people who currently have warrants out for their arrest by using tips that citizens provide to the Enumclaw Police Department. The arrest warrants for these people have been issued by the Enumclaw Municipal Court. Once a week, a photo of the wanted person, along with a brief description of the crime, will be published. Citizens with information as to the whereabouts of the wanted person are encouraged to call the Enumclaw Police Department at 360-825-3505. Callers may remain anonymous.
Sean M. Denny
Sean M. Denny has a warrant issued for his arrest for driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (DUI) out of the Enumclaw Municipal Court. The warrant has a $15,000.00 bail. On June 12, 2004, Denny was stopped by an officer after driving his vehicle erratically on Griffin Avenue. The officer immediately smelled the odor of intoxicants on Denny and asked if he would be willing to take voluntary Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Denny agreed to take the tests. Based on Denny’s performance of the tests combined with his obvious consumption of alcohol, it was the officer’s belief that Denny was driving while impaired. Denny was taken into custody and processed at the jail for DUI. He refused to provide a breath sample at the jail. Denny is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and approximately 180 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
