A 3-2 victory over Auburn Mountainview Friday is what the White River High girls tennis team needed as it heads into postseason.

The Hornets, who lost to Bonney Lake 4-1 Thursday, finish out the season with Capital and the Panthers before heading to the subdistrict tournament May 12 and 13 at Clover Park.

Against Bonney Lake, Holly Hodgson at No. 2 singles pulled off a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Olivia Ottinger.
