After being closed for over a week due to low snow coverage, Crystal Mountain is now open again.  The resort plans to remain open for daily operations.

More than 20 inches of snow fell at the higher elevations over the past 48 hours and it’s still snowing.  The total snow depth in Green Valley is 45 inches. There will be two lifts open today, possibly more by tomorrow. 

“This is the storm we’ve been waiting for,” said John Kircher, General Manager.  “The mountain is filling in nicely and we plan to get more lifts and terrain open as soon as possible,” he added.
