Do you have old automotive batteries that you need to get rid of? The Streetmasters’ Club needs to purchase four new batteries for their electric race car. These batteries cost $170 dollars each. Interstate Battery has offered to donate these batteries and all they ask for is that we run a collection drive for used batteries. Can you help us out? Please drop them off at the automotive shop, building 1033. Have a lot of them. We will pick them up. Thanks in advance for your support. Also, see you at the Car Show on June 1. More on that to follow.
Don’t understand? Why not let other students help you learn? We have after-school tutoring in the Library on Mondays and Wednesdays each week from 2:30 to 3:30PM.
After school math tutoring is available for any students who need a little extra help with homework or preparing for tests. Tutoring is held Tuesday in portable 10 and Thursday in room 211 from 2:40 to 3:30. Drop in for all or just part of the time to get your math questions answered. Hope to see you there.
Hard work, determination and lots and lots of practice are the makings of a state champion. Imagine this – 30,000 students in the state of Washington performing in their regional competition hoping to win the region in their category. If they win the region they are then given the prestigious opportunity to compete against the best at the state level in Ellensburg at Central Washington University. This is exactly what 34 EHS musicians did. This past weekend band, choir and orchestra students proudly represented themselves, the school and the great town of Enumclaw with superb performances. ALL the students received SUPERIOR RATINGS and two of those students, Kaelynn Dirks and Alyssa Hudon won 1st place with their violin duet making history as it is the first time any orchestra students from Enumclaw placed at the state competition. This is an even sweeter win for them as they are seniors! Congratulations to all of them!
