The Sumner School District will host 3 regional informational open house sessions for parents and community members interested in learning more about potential bond projects that would address capacity needs and quality of learning environments in Sumner School District schools.
Informational open houses will be scheduled on the following days:
– June 2, 2015
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
– June 3, 2015
Sumner High School Library
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
– June 4, 2015
Mountain View Middle School Gym
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
At each open house, District Administration will provide an overview on future capital facility needs and potential bond projects that would address those needs as identified by the Facilities Planning Committee. The Facilities Planning Committee provides recommendations about future district facility needs that will assist the Superintendent and School Board in capital and facilities planning.
If approved by the School Board, a list of projects have been identified by the Facilities Planning Committee that would go to the voters February 2016.
