Hit and Run: Officers responded to the report of a subject leaving the scene after falling. Witnesses told officers an elderly woman who appeared to be intoxicated tripped and landed on a vehicle. When the witnesses asked her to stay, she refused. Officers told the driver of the vehicle that no crime had been committed because she had tripped. Property Damage: Officers responded to a state Route 410 fast food restaurant to the report of a burglary. The reporting party told officers when he arrived at the store in the morning the alarm was not set. The police report stated the suspects broke the drive thru window and took the cash drawer. The drawer had been broken into and was located on the side of a nearby store.
