Violator was seen weaving on road and speeding on SR 410 near the Enumclaw Golf Course Oct. 30.

• Speed and suspended license:  The violator was stopped for traveling at 78 mph in a 50 mph zone on state Route 164 at mile post 8 Oct. 31. A check through Department of Licensing showed that the driver had a suspended license and had an outstanding warrant out of the city of Kent.  He was cited for speed and driving with a suspended license, third degree and was booked at the Kent jail.

• Marijuana DUI:  Violator was seen weaving on road and speeding on SR 410 near the Enumclaw Golf Course Oct. 30.  Five young occupants, including the driver, were detained after the trooper recognized a strong smell of marijuana.  The 18-year-old driver was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana by a person under the age of 21.  The other four occupants were released at the scene or to their parents.

• Weaving and speeding:  Violator was seen weaving on road Oct. 30 and speeding on SR 410 near the Enumclaw Golf Course.  Five young occupants, including the driver, were detained after the trooper recognized a strong smell of marijuana.  The 18-year-old driver was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana by a person under the age of 21.  The other four occupants were released at the scene or to their parents.

• Energy Drink crash: A trooper responded to Oct. 29  morning crash on SR 169 at SE 416th.  The causing driver was cited for speed and stated he was reaching for his energy drink before the collision.  The victim was transported to the Enumclaw Hospital; she was cited for driving with a suspended license and told of a warrant that she was unaware of.  The damaged and undrivable car was pushed to the shoulder to open the road before the tow arrived.

• No Child Restraint:  The violator was stopped for failure to yield while turning on SR 169 at Kibler St Oct. 29. It was discovered that she was driving while license suspended third degree.   She was cited for driving with a suspended license, third degree no child restraint and no insurance.
