NO TRESPASSING: Police were told at 2:26 a.m. Oct. 25 someone was at a downtown hotel that had previously been ordered to stay away. An officer responded and arrested the subject for trespassing.
VEHICLE PROWLS: An officer responded the afternoon of Oct. 25 to three Osceola Street locations, where citizens had reported items taken from their vehicles. Earlier in the day, a Semanki Street resident had reported a similar incident. There were no immediate suspects in any of the thefts.
NOTICE SERVED: The morning of Oct. 24, police contacted a person at a Griffin Avenue address and served paperwork, including a protection order and an order to surrender weapons. It was noted the subject was given five days to turn in the weapons.
