Sumner’s football team ended the regular season with a 14-9 win over the White River Hornets.

The Spartans achieved a 6-1 win record in South Puget Sound League 2A, putting them at the top of the conference. They’ll face off against the Olympic League’s No. 4 team on Friday for a shot at State’s first seed.
