Trespassed: Officers were flagged down by an unknown male regarding two males parked behind a gas station store. He told officers he believed the two may be using drugs. As officers approached the vehicle, the two took off and ran toward a nearby grocery store. Officers spoke with an employee at the grocery store and she stated the two loiter in the parking lot quite often and they have had several complaints regarding them using drugs. She told officers she wants the two trespassed from the location. Officers spoke with the two outside of the grocery store, who both denied using or selling drugs. Officers informed them they were trespassed and would be arrested if they return. At the time of this report, there was no further action taken.
Provoking Assault: Officers responded to a state Route 410 gas station where they spoke with the reporting party who said his wife’s ex-husband threatened him and left the scene. Officers caught up the the ex-husband on SR 410. He told officers he verbally argued with the reporting party at the gas station and then waiting outside in his car until he left the gas station store. Once he walked out, he said he continued to yell at the reporting party and grabbed his gun, placing it on his lap as the reporting party walked toward his car. Unlike what the reporting party said, the ex-husband told officers he did not point the gun at him, he left it sitting in his lap for protection because he was worried the reporting party would assault him. The ex-husband was released on scene and this case was forwarded for possible charges.
Suspicious Vehicle: Officers received word that an unknown vehicle was parked outside of the reporting parties’ residence. Once on scene, officers observed a male sleeping in the backseat of the vehicle. A record check showed that the owner of the vehicle had two outstanding arrest warrants out of Bonney Lake. Officers woke the man and despite not having identification on him, he said he was aware of his warrants. Officers transported him to the Puyallup jail where he was booked on his warrants.
