Jessica Fasoli graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Elementary Education and major in Reading.

She is the daughter of Rick and Leslie Dyke of Black Diamond and Mike and Vickie Fasoli of Enumclaw.

These two images show different marijuana retail zoning regulations Black Diamond councilmembers could adopt and how it could affect where those retailers could operate within the city. The red area represents where retailers can operate, and the black where marijuana producers and processors could set up. The dark green are places like schools and playgrounds (mandatory 1,000 foot barrier). The light green areas are mostly open space like Lake Sawyer Park and the Black Diamond Open Space, but also playgrounds and the community center. This image demonstrates how a 100-foot buffer between retailers and anything operating in the light green areas would affect pot shops. See below for an image with a 1,000-foot barrier.
