Northbound reopening on track

Northbound SR 167 remains closed at the Puyallup River while construction crews install luminaires and do asphalt work on the new northbound bridge. Northbound SR 167 remains on schedule to reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10. Until then, signed detours direct motorists around the closure. Depending on work progress an earlier northbound reopening is possible. The Washington State Department of Transportation will announce the reopening when it does occur.
