Sumner’s boys soccer team defeated the Enumclaw Hornets 3-2 Wednesday in a nonleague matchup at Sunset Chev stadium.

The Spartans’ Jose Hernandez, Drew Wehmer and Vittorio Cappici each shot unassisted goals against the Hornets.

The Hornets’ Austin Walsh and Evan Absolor shot Enumclaw’s goals unassisted.

The Spartans are scheduled to play Orting High on the Loggers’ field Tuesday.
