The City of Bonney Lake received an application from Skystone Apartments, LLC to construct 288 apartment units on 14.9 acres adjacent to the SE corner of the intersection of Old Sumner-Buckley Highway East and 192nd Avenue East.

The City of Bonney Lake received an application from Skystone Apartments, LLC to construct 288 apartment units on 14.9 acres adjacent to the SE corner of the intersection of Old Sumner-Buckley Highway East and 192nd Avenue East. The complete application is available for public review during normal business hours at the City of Bonney Lake Community Development Department, 9002 Main St E, Suite 300.

The proposed project is located in the SE corner of the intersection of Old Sumner-Buckley Highway East and 192nd Avenue East, within S33, T20 North, R5 East, W.M., Bonney Lake, Washington. Parcel Numbers: 0520338002, 0520338003, 0520338004, and 0520338005.

The applicant is proposing to develop 14.9 acres into a 288 unit apartment complex with the associated amenities, site development, grade and fill, utilities, landscaping, road and access improvements.

A Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) is being issued under WAC 197-11-350. The responsible official has determined there will not be probable significant adverse environmental impacts from this proposal if the mitigation measures listed in the MDNS are implemented. All comments are welcomed and will be accepted prior to 5:00PM on September 25, 2014. The responsible official may reconsider or withdraw the MDNS based on new information or possible impacts discovered during the comment period.

A copy of this notice was mailed to appropriate local and state agencies, and property owners within 600 feet of the project site. The environmental threshold decision may be appealed within fifteen (15) days after the completion of the comment period.
