June 17

Theft: An officer on patrol near a state Route 410 storage facility was flagged down by the manager who reported two of the units were broken into. There was no suspect information available.

Threats: Officers responded to the report of a disorderly subject, threatening to light the reporting person’s house on fire. He was booked into Fife jail and issued a citation for harassment.

June 18

Theft from Driveway: A resident of 198th Avenue Court East reported the theft of his pressure washer, which had occurred sometime the night before or early that morning. No suspect information was available.

Malicious Mischief: An officer responded to North Island Drive East for the report of property damage to private landscaping. No suspect information was available and officers were notified of a request for increased patrols in the area.

Hit and Run: Officers responded to the report of a hit and run collision on SR 410. Witnesses and video surveillance provided a suspect vehicle description and officers were later able to locate it. The driver was cited for reckless driving and hit and run. He also received infractions for inattentive driving, no valid license and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Cracked Windshield: A vehicle was stopped for a cracked windshield and the driver was found to possess a felony arrest warrant. He was transported to Pierce County jail and his father took possession of the vehicle.

June 19

Disorderly Conduct: Officers responded to a SR 410 restaurant for the report of a fight in progress. The primary aggressor was arrested for disorderly conduct and banned from the establishment.
