Beautify Bonney Lake (BBL) began 10 years ago with one project site. Once again this year, it looks forward to hosting between 500 & 700 volunteers on the 3rd Saturday of September. The project site list has grown to work on 24 different projects around the City of Bonney Lake.

Each year Beautify Bonney Lake gets between 500 and 700 volunteers that come out to our project sites to help “Beautify” the city. 20 to 25 sites are identified throughout the City of Bonney Lake in an effort to assist the city in making permanent improvements and in assisting to help keep the city and surrounding area clean and beautiful. In addition to the many volunteers that come out to work for 3 hours in the morning, we have many sponsors who donate to support the cause.

It takes a large number of Team Leaders to help the all-volunteer BBL Board of Directors complete the task of organizing the man & women power to get the work done so quickly. If you would like to join the group of Team Leaders to help make Beautify Bonney Lake happen, please join us at the Team Leader meeting which will be held on Wednesday, September 10th at 6:30 pm at the training room at the Bonney Lake Public Safety Building. All are welcome to learn about this year’s projects.
