A special blood drive is planned for Aug. 6 at Enumclaw High School.

Staff from the Puget Sound Blood Center will see donors from noon to 6 p.m. in the EHS commons, with a break slated for 2 to 3 p.m.

The blood drive is in memory of Fletcher Olender, who died while at student at Enumclaw High.

Donors can register at www.psbc.org. Walk-in donors are welcomed and will be worked in around those with appointments. The blood center staff is hoping to see 25 donors.
