This week is your last chance to make your nominations for the Bonney Lake Chamber of Commerce’s annual Celebration Dinner, Feb. 18 at the Swiss Sportsmen’s Club.

The Chamber is accepting nominations for Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, Best New Business of 2010, Best Home Based Business of 2010, Chamber Volunteer and Excellence in Customer Service online through Wednesday.

The Citizen of the year is given to an individual who has made a significant impact on the community in the past year. The business of the Year award is designed to recognize a business that has demonstrated “best practices,’ such as sound planning, marketing and community involvement.

Nominations for Chamber Volunteer should recognize a Chamber member who has demonstrated exceptional involvement in Chamber events.

The New Business award is for a business that opened this past year that made an impact in the community. And the home-based award is for a home-based business that has made the best use of marketing and networking.

Nominations may be made by anyone.
