Frank L. Clem Jr. died May 28, 2015, surrounded by family. He was 95.

A former resident of Enumclaw, he had lived in Moses Lake, Wash., since 1987. He was born Aug. 8, 1919.

A Rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 200 N. Dale Road, Moses Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 2 p.m.
