Justin James Glasco, 19, died Dec. 6, 2013.

He is survived by his parents Jim and Kim; brothers Jordan, Travis, Daniel, Nathan and Blaine; and girlfriend Sydney Gray.

A service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday Dec. 15, at The Summit Church.
