Enumclaw resident Samantha Jo Mitchell, 27, died June 25, 2016, in Seattle.

She was born Nov. 2, 1988, to Denise Bullock Mitchell and Gallyn Mitchell in Enumclaw. From the time she was little, she loved riding horses with her grandparents, growing up around race tracks. She enjoyed spending time in the saddle, barrel racing with her mother and sister, and camping, fishing and hunting with her father and uncles. She also loved dressing up for Halloween with her children.

She is survived by her children, Taylor Jade and Rhett Virgil; parents Denise and Gallyn Mitchell; fiancé Lane Snider; siblings Cody Leonard and Jaclyn Mitchell; grandparents Jack and Glenda Bullock and Tom and Sandy Mitchell.

A graveside service took place Saturday, July 2, at Enumclaw Evergreen Memorial Park.

The service was directed by Weeks’ Enumclaw Funeral Home.
