Former Enumclaw resident Kenneth C. Darby, 60, died July 2, 2012, in Auburn.

He was born July 28, 1951, in Enumclaw to Roy and Helen (Maks) Darby. He had worked in the grocery store industry for more than 30 years and was currently the store director at the Maple Valley QFC. He liked to play golf and poker, ride his motorcycle and play softball. He was a member of the Auburn Eagles No. 2298.

He is survived by daughter Sheila Darby of Kent; son Travis Darby of Tacoma; brothers Rick Darby and wife Lois of Spokane and Roy Darby and wife Priscilla of Idaho; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for noon Thursday, July 19, at the Auburn Eagles, 702 M St. S.E.
