Deputies are still trying to identify the subject who shot five bullets into the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department station in Bonney Lake.

On Saturday, Dec. 3, the unknown shooter parked a car, walked to the station’s parking lot and shot through a window, Detective Ed Troyer said.

Two deputies were inside the 11106 214th Ave. E station at the time of the shooting, but neither were hurt.

Officials believe the shooting was intentional, as there were marked patrol cars in the station’s lot.

Currently, deputies have no new information on the shooter, but the sheriff’s department is offering a $1,000 reward through Crime Stoppers (www.tpcrimestoppers.com/leave-tip).
