GYMNASTICS
The Enumclaw Hornets gymnastic team is ready for another stellar season.
Coach Regina Chynoweth said, “I have an incredible group of gymnasts who are very talented and extremely hard working. They come to practice every day to work hard and polish their skills and routines. I couldn’t be more proud of them.”
Two of the returning girls are seniors this season, Emily Drozynski and Elise Dunning. Both of the girls made the second day of the state meet last season.
Chynoweth said Drozynski and Dunning will, “set the tone for the entire team with their unfaltering work ethic.”
Underclassmen returning to the team are Macie Bosik and Annelyse Anderson from White River High.
Two freshman will be competing this season for the Hornets, Keely Schroeder and Leah Perry. Chynoweth noted Schroeder and Perry, “continued training at Peak during the off-season to show up competition-ready for our season.”
The Enumclaw gymnastic team has history of success and high level gymnasts and that tradition continues this season.
“Our team is already very strong and we have even more potential. I’m looking forward to another successful season,” Chynoweth said.
