Lifelong Enumclaw resident Grant Collins, 78, died at home on Jan. 24, 2017.
He was born Aug. 25, 1938, in Enumclaw to George and Bertha Collins. He married Marilyn Weston on May 3, 1963, at Hope Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his children Deana (Tim) French, Dace Collins, Danielle (Brian) McIntosh and Derek (Carrie) Collins; brothers Terry and Denny Collins; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn Collins, on May 24, 2013.
A memorial service celebrating his life will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at the Enumclaw VFW.
