Juvenile possession of marijuana | Buckley Police

Officers responded the afternoon of Nov. 19 to a C Street address and a juvenile who was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

RAINIER SCHOOL: An officer was dispatched the afternoon of Nov. 23 to Rainier School after a male client assaulted another male client. Police responded the following day for the same situation involving two other male clients. On Nov. 25, police were again at Rainier School after a male client assaulted a female client. In each case, the issue was forwarded for investigation.

ASSAULT: Police began investigating an assault at midnight Nov. 22. They were able to contact a victim, but not the suspect. Later, a citation for fourth-degree assault was mailed to the suspect.

WIFE ARRESTED: A report of a domestic dispute had police responding the afternoon of Nov. 20 to a Mill Street address. After speaking with all involved, officers arrested a woman for assaulting her husband. She was cited and booked into jail.

DRUG ISSUE: Officers were dispatched the afternoon of Nov. 19 to Glacier Middle School for a narcotics violation. It was determined a 14-year-old student gave one of her prescribed Hydrocodone pills to a 13-year-old student while on school grounds.

MARIJUANA OFFENSE: Officers responded the afternoon of Nov. 19 to a C Street address and a juvenile who was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and the items were taken into custody as evidence.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: A report of a fight at a Church Street location had officers responding to Wilkeson at 12:52 a.m. Nov. 16. They learned a man had exposed himself while urinating near a business and in view of people. He was trespassed from the business, cited for indecent exposure and given a ride home.

POSSIBLE OVERDOSE: An officer was dispatched at midnight Nov. 15 to a Main Street location to assist emergency medical personnel with a possible overdose situaiton. Upon arrival, a victim was having CPR performed on him; medical personnel then took over life-saving measures. The victim’s girlfriend was interviewed and it was determined the man was possibly responding to a heroin overdose. The victim was stabilized and transported to a nearby hospital.
