October 28
– Officers responded to the 32400 block of Fourth Avenue after being asked to check on the welfare of an individual. While on location they encountered a person wanted on a misdemeanor warrant. Officers attempted to detain the man who fled on foot but was caught a short distance away. Once in custody he was placed in the back seat of a police vehicle. He began kicking the patrol vehicle, damaging the door. He was then booked into jail, facing a felony charge for the damage he caused.
October 27
– At approximately 7:45 p.m., officers came across a two-vehicle collision near the 34300 block of state Route 169. Officers ensured that none of the occupants were in need of medical assistance and took the collision report. The vehicles were towed from the scene.
– Officers received an afternoon call advising them of two men in the 31000 block of 229th Avenue Southeast who were wanted on warrants. Officers arrived and located one of the men who was arrested and booked into the King County Jail.
– An officer responded to the 31300 block of Third Avenue after hearing of threats being made. An Enumclaw Police Officer responded to assist. Following investigation, one subject was arrested for assault and booked into the King County Correctional Facility in Seattle.
– Shortly after 1 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle near the 21900 block of Southeast 288th Street. It was determined that the driver was under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. The driver was arrested and booked into the Issaquah jail for DUI. The vehicle was impounded.
October 26
– Black Diamond officers responded at about 10 p.m. to assist Enumclaw police with a large fight involving a firearm in the 600 block of Myrtine Street. Officer assisted with scene security and taking statements from victims.
October 25
– Officers were dispatched at 8 p.m. to assist the King County Sheriff’s Department at the scene of a single-vehicle collision in the 28100 block of Black Diamond-Ravensdale Road.
October 24
– Police were dispatched to the 31500 block of Third Avenue after taking a report of a dispute between two individuals. Officers determined that no crime had been committed and advised the parties on ways to resolve the matter as a civil issue. Officers provided one of the persons with a ride to their home in Maple Valley.
