Auburn’s Neely Mansion is hosting a free, one-day holiday photography event for families, friends, and — if you wish — your pets this Saturday, Dec. 4.
Sittings at the historic home, located at 12303 SE Auburn-Black Diamond Road, begin at 11 a.m., and will end at 3 p.m.
Photos will be taken on the porch, which will be decorated in Victorian holiday style reflecting the unique history and design of the 1894 national historic site.
For more information, or to register for the event, call 253-927-4250.
Neely Mansion has been recognized as a King County Landmark and is listed on the Washington State Register and National Register of Historic Places. According to the King County Landmarks and Heritage Commission, the mansion remains a “prominent and impressive structure for a rural farming community” and is “one of the most ornate historic homes in unincorporated King County.”
