THOMAS RESTITUTION HEARING MOVED: Allan and Joann Thomas, found guilty of stealing more than $460,000 from local taxpayers, had their restitution hearing moved from April 7 to May 9.

BAILEY CASE DEFERRED: Nichole Bailey, accused of damaging The Sequel’s doors in December 2022 after its owner was charged with possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material, has had her court case continued for two years. If she pays the $4,277 in restitution, performs 10 hours of community service, and isn’t charged with another crime in those two years, her case will be dismissed.

BISHOP RECEIVES SENTENCE: Kenneth Ray Bishop, who recently pled guilty to one count third degree assault of a child and one count assault in the fourth degree with sexual motivation, was sentenced to two months incarceration and a year of parole.

MYERS CASE DELAYED: The trial of former Enumclaw School District psychologist Aaron Myers, accused of possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material, has been moved from April 6 to June 14.

COMPETENCY HEARING CONTINUED: The competency hearing for Buckley resident Donald Linder, accused of possessing an illegal weapon and explosives, has been moved to from April 4 to April 14.
