PDC COMPLAINT: Black Diamond City Councilmember Kristiana de Leon formally filed a complaint with the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission on Oct. 27, alleging that Enumclaw Candidates for Change failed to register as a Political Action Committee and that candidate Vivian Cadematori failed to disclose contributions and expenditures. The PDC is investigating. Cadematori said the complaint is “baseless” and “an attempt to intimidate me and distract from the real issues voters care about”; Candidates for Change did not respond to a request for comment.
