Long time Enumclaw resident Joanne Dorothy Peters 80, passed away surrounded by the comfort of her Family in Yuma Arizona on 26 January 2024.

Joanne was born in Cle Elum, Wa. on 10 February 1943 to Leonard and Jennie Dearing of Ellensburg Wa. Joanne married Leon Peters in 1962, and together they had 3 children, Russell Peters of (Enumclaw), Tony Peters of (Orting), and Lynnette Newton of (Mukilteo). Joanne worked as a Real-Estate Agent, Broker, and Training Analyst for the Boeing Company before retiring. Joanne spent her time between living in Yuma Arizona enjoying the sun, traveling to Hawaii, and spending time with her family. Joanne had 9 Grand Children, and 8 Great Grand Children.

She is survived by her brother John Dearing of Boise ID., and preceded in death by her brother and sister Herbert Dearing and Suzanne Bull of Ellensburg.
