Linda Louise (Olsen) Brevik

L inda Louise (Olsen) Brevik, a lifelong Buckley resident, died at home on October 19, 2024 at 80 years old.

Linda was born on December 18, 1943 on A Street in Buckley. She was the daughter of Clarence and May Olsen and the younger sister of Walter Olsen. Linda loved her town and family. She and her husband,Garry Brevik, built a home where they raised their daughter Katy (Brevik) Moore.

Linda graduated high school, went on to beautician school and was a hairdresser for 15 years. She then started working for the City of Buckley managing all of the parks and cemeteries in town for 20 years. After that, she spent the next 20 years managing Enumclaw Nursery for Enumclaw Landscape Maintenance until her retirement.

Linda was active in her community helping to raise money for and renovate the Buckley Hall. She was an active member for the BuckleyMuseum and a charter member for the Foothill Rails to Trails.

Linda is survived by her husband,Garry Brevik; her daughter, Katy Moore; grandsons, Clarence Moore, GriffinMoore, ConnerMcKay, JaxonMcKay; and sister-in-lawMartha Olsen.

Friends and family will meet in a celebration of life at a later date.
