Officers responded the evening of June 9 to a location on state Route 165 to assist the Washington State Patrol with a car vs. motorcycle accident.

TWO HURT: Officers responded the evening of June 9 to a location on state Route 165 to assist the Washington State Patrol with a car vs. motorcycle accident. Officers requested medical assistance for a man and woman and remained at the scene until medical personnel and WSP troopers arrived.

SEVERAL CHARGES: The evening of June 6, officers contacted a 20-year-old Bonney Lake motorist due to an equipment violation. It was determined he was driving with a suspended license, was in possession of marijuana and was wanted on three outstanding arrest warrants. He was arrested and booked into the Enumclaw jail.

TWO CRASHES: Officers were dispatched the afternoon of June 5 to the vicinity of state Route 410 and Wheeler Avenue for a three-car collision. It was determined all parties were uninjured and the at-fault driver was issued a citation for following too close. Almost four hours later, officers responded to the same intersection to handle a two-car crash; again, none were injured. And again, the at-fault driver received a citation for following too close.

SUICIDAL: Officers responded the evening of June 5 to assist a 38-year-old Buckley woman who was believed to be suicidal. She was heavily intoxicated and told police she had attempted to hang herself. Buckley Fire Department personnel transported the woman to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw for evaluation.
