For the month of July, the Bonney Lake Police Department have been focusing on problem areas throughout the city.
Officers witnessed a vehicle around 11:30 p.m. driving without their headlights on. Once contact was made, the officers noticed the driver’s face was flush and eyes were watery.
While on a routine patrol, officers contacted a random check of a vehicle’s license and pulled the car over because the registered owner has a revoked driving status. Once contact with the driver was made, officers determined she was not the registered owner of the car.
The Bonney Lake Police Department are hosting a garage sale fundraiser today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bonney Lake Community Church.
Festivities start today at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast in Heritage Park.
The breakfast will be served until 10:45 a.m.
