The Enumclaw girls basketball team opened the season with a new coach and a mix of new and returning varsity athletes.
The Sumner Spartans girls swim team cracked the Top 10 and grabbed a state diving championship.
The powerhouse White River girls cross country team, led by Courtney Gelmini, placed in the top 10 at the Class 2A state cross country championship after winning the district crown Nov. 12.
