Businesses and nonprofits are asked to participate in a Puget Sound regional survey to help determined the impact of COVID-19.
The Seattle Office of Economic Development, Greater Seattle Partners and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce are coordinating a regional effort to assess the economic impacts related to COVID-19. Businesses in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties are asked to participate in the survey. The information will inform strategies to speed recovery and may lead to emergency relief programs and support.
Your individual responses will not be published. Responses will be analyzed to project the extent of economic damage locally and region wide. Findings will be published; all responses will receive the findings and updates from OED, GSP, and the Chamber regarding economic assistance opportunities.
The survey is primarily designed for small to medium sized businesses, including franchise operations and local branches or stores of larger companies. Larger companies may still provide responses. Please skip questions that do not apply to your organization.
If you have already responded to the earlier survey, please enter your business or organization name in question 1 and indicate whether or not your responses have changed since your last entry. If your responses have not changed, you will be able to review your previous answers and will be provided a few follow-up questions.
Business owners, nonprofits, and independent workers who participated in the initial round of the survey are encouraged to take this survey too; participation in round one is not required to complete the second round. The survey will be open until May 21, with the third and final round set to open by early June. By conducting multiple rounds of the survey, the group will be able to measure impacts over time.
