Enumclaw diners will soon have one more option, as Herfy’s Burgers and Seafood is about to hit the local food scene.

A Herfy’s sign has been installed on the old Burger King building fronting state Route 410 and workers are making changes inside

Details have not yet been made available, but the local restaurant will be owned by the same group that has the Herfy’s location in Auburn, according to Mike Thomas, community development director for the city of Enumclaw.

He said owners have cleared all city hurdles and estimates the restaurant could be open in a few weeks.
