It is with deep appreciation that a very heartfelt thank you goes out to each and every one that participated in this year’s events, here in Bonney Lake. Our community really came together to make this year’s drives a huge success.
Families, businesses, individuals, individual business parties, all came together to help our members of our community, experience and have a wonderful holiday time because of the generosity of our citizens and their caring attitude towards others. In this time of constant reminders of loss of jobs, the economy, budgets, our citizens came through with such great eagerness to help those that could use the boost, it was truly amazing.
The citizens of the greater Bonney Lake area are truly great people who always tend to care for those less fortunate and try to make a real difference in other human beings. I am extremely proud to work in this wonderful community, to help others and to see the difference it really makes in others lives. Thank you Bonney Lake. We have a great place to live and make a difference in other peoples’ lives and to see how easy it is to accomplish. Thank you families for your donations to the many Sumner School District students who so freely gave of the thousands upon thousands of food items collected for the citywide food drive to be given to our Bonney Lake Food Bank, Bread Of Life Food Bank and our senior citizens.
Thank you to our longtime businesses who also collected for the drives: Pro Build and staff, KeyBank and staff, Grocery Outlet and staff, and Kids Country and staff. These businesses have helped out for approximately 15 years.
The number of families were up this year that were helped and they so much appreciated your help, to make a difference.
Thank you one and all, for your help and support really does make a difference and you should be proud for helping us make this goal.
