People will gain techniques to reach their goals during free events at two Pierce County Libraries.
Participants will learn simple rules of effective goal setting, ways to identify obstacles, and action steps to help reach goals. Valerie Sumter, professionally trained and certified life coach, will guide people to explore their goals in job and career, health and fitness, money and finances, quality of life, personal relationships and more.

Sumter has mentored and guided individual and companies to find focus, identify goals, track progress and stay motivated. She will share her research and use techniques used to train pilots, astronauts and athletes.
Friends of the Libraries sponsor these free events. People are encouraged to bring a donation for the food bank.
