Three hundred and one White River seniors received their diploma this year.

Graduates gathered at the Puyallup Fairgrounds on June 6 to celebrate their achievement.

This year’s graduation rate was nearly 97%.

According to the district, 27 students earned their AA; two teams, girl basketball and dance, were state academic champions; and two students going to the United States Annapolis Naval Academy.

Finally, more than $3.5 million in scholarships were awarded to students, a new record for the district.
