40 IN A 25: Officers pulled over a vehicle going 15 mph over the limit on Jan. 20. The female driver could not provide insurance and her license was suspended. The driver was cited and the car impounded by Cascade Towing.

ABANDONED CAR: On Jan. 21 officers were called to check out an abandoned car on city property. The car was in a 3 foot deep pond. Officers determined the car had to go through the parking lot of a nearby business, drive over the curb, between several trees and then down the hill to get into the pond. The car was removed and towed.
