CORRECTIONS: Numerous corrections and clarifications have been made to the article, “ESD community FOCUS committee discussing redistricting among other capacity solutions”, published July 3, including the date the FOCUS Committee was formed; which construction projects were and were not funded by the 2015 bond; and the process for citizen-initiated school district redistricting. The online article has been updated.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Joshua Jay Eixenberger, accused of first degree theft of aerial cable, has moved from July 9 to Sept. 9.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Duane Moore, accused of murdering Bonney Lake resident Kayla Vallee, has been moved from July 11 to Oct. 15.

EHS OVER-50TH REUNION: The EHS Over-50th Year Reunion made up of anyone attending or graduating from EHS beginning in year 1974 back to our oldest attendee from the Class of 1944 is next month. The Class of 1974 will be inducted. The reunion will take place in the EHS Commons, at 11 a.m. on Aug. 8. This is a potluck event. Any questions, please call 253-797-2906.
