EUNMCLAW ADOPTS NEW FLAG: The Enumclaw City Council officially adopted a new flag, designed by local Kevin Miller. It’s unclear at this time when the flag will be hoisted. For more information, see “Enumclaw City Council chooses municipal flag,” published online Jan. 25.
ENUMCLAW NATURAL GAS RATES RISING: The Enumclaw City Council, during its March 14 meeting, approved a hike in natural gas prices for city residents. To learn more, read “Natural gas prices may rise in Enumclaw,” published March 9.
LOCAL COVID TESTING SITE TO CLOSE: Because COVID rates have fallen, Public Health — Seattle & King County will be closing the Enumclaw testing site on April 1.
FISH AND WILDLIFE OFFICES REOPEN: The state department of Fish and Wildlife reopened most of its facilities to the public starting Monday, including fish hatcheries and regional offices.
