Three trial updates and a few corrections.

CORRECTION: In last week’s article, “Buckley council mebers, challengers discuss business support, traffic, affordable housing in forum,” the Courier-Herald misreported that Connie Bender, running for Buckley City Council, was an incumbent. Bender used to be on the council, but lost her election to Mackenzie Anderson in 2021, and is now seeking to replace her.

HEADLINE CORRECTION: Last week’s print article “ESD Board primary election just around the corner”, had an incorrect headline — the general elections are in November, not the primaries. The online article has been updated.

MISSING BYLINE: Last week’s print article, “Mutual of Enumclaw launches Leakbot pilot program”, missed a byline by Ray Miller-Still, editor. The online article has been updated.

TRIAL UPDATE: The rial of Daniel Ray Evans, accused of multiple accounts of animal cruelty, was moved from Oct. 17 to Dec. 5.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Aaron Ray Lincoln, accused of assault with a deadly weapon and robbery in the first degree after an incident at Ryterra Quarry in July 2022, has been moved from Oct. 23 to Dec. 18.

TRIAL UPDATE: The competency hearing of Donald Andrew Linder, accused of possessing unlawful weapons and explosives, has been moved to Nov. 2.
