SUSPENDED: At 10:41 p.m. March 10, an officer ran a routine check on a vehicle license plate on Third Street at Dundass Avenue. The Department of Licensing indicated the registered owner was driving with a suspended license. The driver matched the description of the suspended owner. He was issued a citation and released on scene.
OVERDOSE: At 11:14 p.m. March 11, officers assisted the fire department on an aid call at a Franklin Street residence. A male victim had consumed liquor and had taken too many prescription medications. He was transported to a hospital to be evaluated.
DUI: At 12:33 a.m. March 12, a vehicle was stopped for speeding on state Route 410 near the cemetery. From the officer’s observation, the driver was presumed to have been drinking alcoholic beverages. He performed some voluntary field sobriety tests that indicated he was under the influence and he was placed under arrest.
EVERYTHING’S FINE: At 11:55 p.m. March 12, officers were dispatched in response to a report that a man had been heard screaming at an East Mason Avenue address. The officers located the man and determined that everything was OK.
ASSAULT: At 8:12 a.m. March 13, a 52-year-old man was charged with assault in the fourth degree for throwing several items at another person in a Ryan Road residence.
