Buckley officers help Enumclaw police at Expo Center | Buckley Police

Buckley police traveled to Enumclaw at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 23 to help with a situation at the Expo Center rodeo grounds.

ENUMCLAW ASSIST: Buckley police traveled to Enumclaw at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 23 to help with a situation at the Expo Center rodeo grounds. Two people eventually were arrested and Buckley officers helped shut down the beer garden and get the crowd to disperse.

ARRESTS MADE: Police contacted a 23-year-old Buckley woman Aug. 22 and determined she was wanted out an outstanding arrest warrant. She was taken into custody without incident and later booked into the Enumclaw jail. Minutes later, police performed the same drill with a 26-year-od Buckley man.

DEATH INVESTIGATION: An officer was dispatched the morning of Aug. 21 to Rainier School for a death investigation. The medical examiner was notified but declined to respond to the scene. The deceased’s next of kin were notified.

PUMP DAMAGED: A man arrived at the police station Aug. 14, reporting a hose from a gas pump at his place of business had been pulled from the pump. The guilty party did not return and the hose was found on state Route 410.
